Nothing in these terms and conditions shall authorize you to create derivative works, exploit, adapt, or modify any content of this website in whole or in part by creating any other Non-Merit scholarship such as "save and win scholarship promo", "scholarship raffle draw" "scholarship draw", "scholarship promo" , "savings account scholarship promo" or "savings account scholarship draw" or any other scholarship which is Non-Merit and is not restricted to state of origin in any online or offline environment without the written authorization from Consumer Vibe Limited.
For the avoidance of doubt, Non-Merit means the requirement not to write exams, or maintain a certain GPA.
Unauthorised use of this site and/or the materials contained on this site will violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws. Consumer Vibe limited will seek all appropriate legal remedies without prior notification You must retain all copyright and trademark notices, including any other proprietary notices, contained in the materials. All tuition fees in each category will be awarded in respect of the awardees directly to the respective universities/institution where the winners have been admitted for course of study or are presently studying.

No sworn affidavits, change of name, change of age or change of email address will be entertained after registrations have been submitted.

You may apply as many times as you wish in any category however, a scratch card PIN and serial number must be used each time a new application is made.

Other than United Kingdom universities which are processed through www.ucas.co.uk, prospective students will be responsible for meeting & processing the requirements for other foreign universities. Prospective students can view USA information for international students at www.educationusa.state.gov

Maritime Study Scholarship (Where available).
Studyscholarshipng.com will process all winners of Maritime study scholarship admissions through the following schools: Glasgow College of Nautical Studies, Warsash Maritime Academy, South Tyneside College and Fleetwood Nautical College.
Where the maritime study scholarship winner has gained or requested admission in other maritime institutions, this will be the responsibility of the respective student. Minimum requirement is SSCE/GCE in science related subjects. Notwithstanding anything contained herein in this terms and conditions, any applicant may utilize any study scholarship in any institution where he has obtained admission, provided he emerges one of the winners in any category.
Aviation Study Scholarship (Where available)
Prospective students will be responsible for meeting & processing the requirements of the institution in which they have applied.

Study scholarship will be tied to the student’s continued outstanding academic performance on a yearly basis.
Studyscholarshipng.com reserves the right to extend the closing date of the entry period of any study scholarship category and amend any of its service without warning to you.

Each applicant is responsible for demonstrating to any institution where they have applied for admission or direct entry that they meet all of the requirement for the offer of admission or direct entry which they seek. However, Studyscholarshipng.com will seek to verify institutions that any winning applicants have applied to in order to determine that such institution exists, and is authorized by the government or department of education in the Country where the institution is situated.

1.2. Information for scholarship winners

To prevent fraud or forgery, all qualifications or certifications tendered by winners for processing Study/admission will be verified from the issuing authorities.

1.3. Selection

At the closing date of the entry period, all study scholarship entries received in each category will be randomly drawn and winners will be electronically selected online in each category from all the confirmed entries.

Draws will be carried out six monthly in line with some places/institutions which have two academic calendars. However, studyscholarshipng.com reserves the right to extend the closing date of any registration period.

Entries will be solely drawn in the categories in which they have been submitted.

Applicants may check the winners section of our website from time to time to determine if they have won a studyscholarship in the category that they have applied.
Winners will also be notified by email. Please ensure you enter a valid email address during registration.

To prevent fraud, No winner will be sent an SMS by studyscholarshipng.com All notifications will be by email only. Winners registration number and/ or Names will also be published in the national newspaper.

Winners will be required to provide a copy of the email notification for identification, should they emerge one of the winners in any category. Loss or failure to produce the email notification will not be entertained by studyscholarshipng.com. Checks will also be carried out to verify winners outside Nigeria.

1.4. Information for secondary school students, awaiting results or admission

If you emerge one of the winners in any category and are presently in secondary school or awaiting results SSCE/GCE/O levels, or admission into university, your study scholarship will be held open for One year only. If you fail to take up your study scholarship on or before the expiration of the one year period, your study scholarship may be donated to charity, or taken up by another applicant who will be randomly selected online at the discretion of studyscholarshipng.com. Studyscholarshipng.com's decision is final.

1.5. University and Colleges Admission Service (UCAS)

Prospective Students who wish to enroll in United Kingdom universities may visit the UCAS website (www.ucas.co.uk) to determine/apply for their proposed course of study from the numerous universities and colleges.

Except the Maritime study admissions, and where requested, Studyscholarshipng.com will process all United Kingdom study admissions via www.ucas.co.uk only.

UCAS Assist®. This is an assistance only service provided by studyscholarshipng.com. We assist prospective students seeking admissions into the United Kingdom universities to pay for UCAS registration fees. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
